EVOLVE is a signature programme designed for students and job aspirants to develop soft skills in them.

This programme has been developed for different age groups keeping in mind various experiential learning methodologies to make them understand the importance of these skills and how to develop these skills.
For their overall development as an individual, our mentors will deliver the sessions both online and offline, in groups and one-to-one counselling as well.
These skills are also known as generic life skills which are clusters of personal qualities, habits, attitudes, and social graces that make an individual successful in any field or in life. The individuals equipped with these skills make a person confident enough. Moreover, there are advantages like self-satisfaction, respect in society, influence in groups or teams, and receiving appreciation and recognition from others.

Moving a little bit deeper, the most important personal attributes that make a person successful in any domain or more specifically to develop leadership qualities are Interpersonal skills and Intrapersonal skills. Interpersonal skills are those skills needed when we communicate and interact with other people. They include a wide range of skills such as communication skills, team management, problem-solving and decision making, conflict resolution, negotiation, persuasion and influencing skills, emotional intelligence.
Intrapersonal skills are all about self-awareness. These are those sets of skills that aren’t learned in a classroom. Like your professional knowledge or technical skills, however, intrapersonal skills are an essential part of your professional tools. They include Adaptability and Self - Management or Self - Regulation.
