We conduct employability skills enhancement training for job aspirants to bridge the skill gap between education and employability. Nowadays, organizations recruit people on the basis of these traits because every organization needs a leader not a boss.
According to a National Association of colleges and employers survey, employers emphasized on leadership and the ability to work in a team as the most desirable attributes when recruiting college graduates. Another survey by LinkedIn’s Global Talent Trends, 92% of Talent acquisition professionals reported that soft skills are equally or more important to hire for than hard skills
Simply, organizations hire people with soft skills to have more productive employees and to create a more engaged and motivated workforce.
